Two checks depend on a data request agreed with you: which activities each company or site sends, and how often. None is agreed yet, so:
- Unexpected activity does not run. It would flag a row for an activity that company or site was not agreed to send (for example fuel rows arriving under a hotel that only reports water).
- Billing period runs on an assumed monthly cadence. It flags rows that span more than one period, so correct two-monthly or quarterly bills may be asked about until a cadence is agreed.
